Established in 1998 and headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Suhani Metacast Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of High-Chrome Grinding Media Balls, Chrome Steel Cylpebs, Low-Chrome Media, and Manganese Steel Liners. Our manufacturing facilities, located in the RIICO Industrial Area of Bassi, Jaipur, are equipped with state-of-the-art induction furnaces, automated heat-treatment systems, and advanced quality-control instruments including spectrometers, microstructure analyzers, and hardness testers. This robust infrastructure enables us to manufacture grinding media and liners in sizes ranging from 17 mm to 125 mm, fully compliant with IS 6079:1989 standards.

Our Journey
- 1998: Founded as Suhani Forging Pvt. Ltd. in Bassi, Jaipur, we began manufacturing Grinding Media Balls using the forging process.
- 2009: Transitioned to casting by installing an induction furnace at Unit 1, enhancing production quality and efficiency.
- 2013: Reached peak production capacity and commenced exporting grinding media balls internationally from Jaipur.
- 2015: Rebranded as Suhani Metacast Pvt. Ltd., marking our growth with renewed vision and commitment.
- 2017: Expanded operations with Unit 2 in Jaipur, adding 400 tonnes of monthly capacity through modern equipment and facilities.
- Present: Both units operate at full capacity, producing over 600 tonnes monthly, positioning us for further expansion and industry leadership.
